In development
Something big is cooking.
Flourix ERP — one cloud platform to run your entire business.
Accounts, CRM, leads, sales, purchase, inventory, service, projects, HRM, attendance, biometrics and payroll — every module, one login, one connected database. Built by the team that's spent years installing and running business systems for companies like yours.
The platform
Stop running your business across six different apps.
Most growing businesses juggle a CRM here, accounting software there, an attendance machine nobody exports from, and a lot of spreadsheets in between. Flourix ERP puts all of it in one place.
Cloud-based
Nothing to install, no server room. Sign in from the office, the shop floor or home.
SaaS subscription
No heavy upfront licence. Updates and new features roll out to you automatically.
Fully modular
Switch on the modules you need now and add more as the business grows.
One connected database
A lead becomes a customer, a sale, an invoice and a ledger entry — without re-typing.
Modules
Every module your business runs on.
From the first enquiry to the final payslip — here's what's being built into Flourix ERP.
Sales & customers
Leads
Capture enquiries from every channel, assign them, and follow up before they go cold.
CRM
Pipelines, follow-ups, calls and notes — the full history of every relationship.
Customers
One profile per customer: contacts, orders, invoices, tickets and payments together.
Sales
Quotations, sales orders and invoices that flow straight from the deal you just won.
Finance & supply
Accounting
Ledgers, receivables, payables, expenses and statements — updated as the business moves.
Purchase
Purchase requests, vendor quotes, POs and bills, all tracked against what you received.
Inventory
Stock levels, movements and reorder points tied to every sale and purchase.
Operations
Projects
Tasks, milestones, timesheets and budgets — and billing when the work is done.
Service
Support tickets, service contracts and field visits, linked to the customer and the invoice.
People
HRM
Employee records, departments, documents, leave and the whole employee lifecycle.
Attendance
Shifts, check-ins, late marks, overtime and leave balances without the spreadsheet.
Biometrics
Pull punches from biometric devices straight into attendance — no manual uploads.
Payroll
Salaries calculated from real attendance and leave, then posted to accounts.
Across every module
Reports & dashboards
Live numbers across sales, finance, operations and people in one place.
Roles & permissions
Decide exactly who sees and does what, module by module.
Connected by design
Enter it once. Every module knows.
Because every module shares one database, work flows forward on its own — a won deal becomes an invoice, a biometric punch becomes a payslip, and all of it lands in your accounts.
Where we are
Being built right now.
We're building Flourix ERP the same way we build everything else — around how real businesses actually work, not how a brochure says they do.

FAQ
What people are asking.
It's in active development right now. We'd rather ship it right than ship it early, so we're not announcing a date yet — join the early-access list and you'll be the first to hear.
No. Flourix ERP is cloud-based SaaS — we host it, secure it and keep it updated. Your team signs in from a browser, wherever they are.
Yes. It's modular by design: switch on the modules you need today — say CRM and Sales, or HRM and Attendance — and add the rest as you grow. Everything shares one database, so nothing needs re-entering later.
Biometric integration is part of the plan. Tell us which devices you use in the early-access form so we can prioritise them.
It will be a subscription — no big upfront licence. We'll share plans closer to launch, and early-access businesses hear about them first.
